Watch Band
I have a lovely watch which my husband gave to me as a wedding present. It has a stainless steel face and matching watch band but the problem is that it has discoloured on the bracelet part and it looks all nasty. I was upset when this happened and I have not been able to wear it for ages. I am wondering whether if I change it to a new band that I will have the same thing happen and that will upset me even more. I have been recently considering whether it might be better to look at leather bracelets and see whether they might work with the watch. I am a bit worried that my husband may be offended as obviously he bought it me with the silver coloured strap ? but I suppose no more offended than he is because I am not even wearing it at the moment. Having a leather strap would mean that it is less likely to be damaged and probably cheaper as well. I do not know whether the design of the watch will allow for this but I think I am going to get it sorted out soon as I have a couple of nice occasions in the summer, a wedding and a christening and it will be nice to have a watch to wear as an addition to my other jewellery.
