Garmin 96 and telex airman 750
I am looking for a really nice gift for my husband. I love buying him things for his hobby which is flying. He really enjoys it and goes out with one of his buddies and they have lots of fun. I do not get involved as I am not keen on flying myself and so I just stay at home and do my craft work instead. The only problem with me not getting involved, is that I cannot choose gifts for him very well. I know that he needs a new GPS system and that he would also like a new headset. The problem is that I have no idea which ones would be the best for him. I would like to get him a surprise gift and so cannot ask him about what he wants. He has hinted that a Telex airman 750 would suit him but I thought that if I got him a surprise he would be even happier - as long as it was something that would be useful for him. I think that I might talk to someone in the supplies shop and see whether they can help me. I have seen a Garmin 96 in one of his magazines and wonder whether that might be a good buy, so I will ask them and see.
